DRESMARA Director Colonel Professor PhD GROSARU Florin-Eduard attended the NATO Partnership Training and Education Centers Commandants’ Conference (PTEC CC), organized by the Allied Command for Transformation and NATO School Oberammergau, Germany in Sofia, Bulgaria between 21 and 24 February 2017. The conference aimed to establish education and individual training cooperation directions as set out by the NATO Council.

    During the conference the following issues were addressed:

• Regional cooperation arrangements between PTE Centers;
• The effective use of NATO electronic platforms for PTECs’ better promoting their education offers;
• PTE Centers’ contribution to addressing emerging threats through their education and individual training programs;
• Efficient use of NATO "Train the Trainers" and "Instructor Exchange" programs available to PTE Centers trough NATO School;
• Strengthening cooperation with the United Nations.
